Cancellation Policy

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Hotel Himshri by Ovata, Mussoorie:

* Check-in: 02:00 PM (IST) & Check out: 10:00 AM (IST)

* Early check-in & late check-out are subject to room availability.

* Restaurant hours: Breakfast 8:00 am – 10:30 am, Lunch 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm, Dinner 8:30 pm – 10:30 pm.

* Toddlers (up to 5 years) stay free, with no extra bedding.

* Full payment is required before Check-in; Room is granted only if no payment is due.

Cancellation & amp; Retention Policy :

* 30% of package will be charged, if cancellations are done 15 days & amp; above, from the date arrival.

* 50% of package will be charged, if cancellations are done within 7 to 15 days, from the date of arrival.

* 100% retention, if cancellations are done within 0-7 days, from the date of arrival and for no-shows.
